Резюме:

Разработен е  динамично изчисляем общ модел на равновесие, за да се оцени въздействието на глобалната рецесия и на пакета от стимули на китайското правителство върху икономическия растеж на Китай.

Чрез проектиране на два сценария - един с и един без пакета за стимулиране на икономиката - резултатите от моделите показват, че ръстът на БВП през 2009 г. щеше да е паднал до 2,9% без пакета за стимулиране на икономиката, главно в резултат на резкия спад в износа на промишлени стоки.

Според сценария за стимулиране на икономиката, с генерираното допълнително търсене на инвестиционни стоки, китайската икономика нараства с 8-10% през 2009 г. и следващите години.

Моделът определя също и общите печалби от пакета за стимулиране на икономиката, и че разликата в кумулативния ръст на БВП между двата сценария за 2009-2015 е около 76 трлн китайски юана (около 9 450 млрд евро).

 

(Моделите на Изчислимото общо равновесие (Computable general equilibrium - CGE) са клас на икономически модели, които използват действителните икономически данни, за да се оцени как една икономика може да реагира на промени в политиката, технологията или други външни фактори.)
